Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows of various heights and locations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Duties
- Clean windows on residential properties, using appropriate equipment such as reach and wash systems and specialised cleaning tools
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Use cleaning solutions and tools effectively to achieve streak-free results
- Maintain equipment in good condition and report any repairs or replacements needed
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Follow schedules and deadlines efficiently to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Keep work areas clean and organised after completing each task
Experience
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and understand client needs
- Ability to work at heights safely and confidently
- Physically fit with the stamina required for manual labour over extended periods
