Menswear Sales & Styling Specialist

We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual who enjoys working with people, has an eye for style, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
This role would suit someone with menswear retail experience who enjoys helping customers look and feel their best, whether that's finding the perfect casual outfit, advising on fit and styling, or assisting with tailoring requirements.

The Role
As a key member of our team, you'll help create an exceptional in-store experience by building relationships with customers and providing expert product and styling advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and outfits.
- Assisting with sizing, fittings, styling advice, and basic tailoring enquiries.
- Building long-term relationships with both new andexisting customers.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Passionate about menswear, fashion, and personal style.
- Experienced in retail sales or a customer-facing environment.
- Comfortable building relationships and providing personalised service.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Confident using social media and creating content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Receiving deliveries, replenishing stock, and helping manage inventory.
- Supporting store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Creating engaging social media content to showcase products, arrivals, and life in-store.
- Contributing ideas to help drive sales and improve the customer experience.
- Menswear retail experience.
Hours
Tuesday-Saturday
9:30am-5:00pm
Salary
Competitive salary based on experience and ability
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of tailoring, fit, and garment construction.
- Visual merchandising experience.
- Photography, video creation, or social media marketing skills.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
