We are a well-established, family-run restaurant in the heart of Brighton, renowned for our authentic Italian cuisine. Our menu is crafted using the finest Italian ingredients, complemented by fresh, locally sourced produce, including seafood and quality meats.
We’re currently looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience making pizza from scratch and following recipes.
- Be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, completing daily checks and records as required.
