Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Van Driver / Sign Erector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Erecting, servicing and retrieving Estate Agent ‘For Sale’ / ‘To Let’ boards for a variety of clients across the region.
- Average daily work load of between 40-60 property visits per day (numbers will vary throughout the year).
This role requires excellent driving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Candidates must be highly motivated, practical and well organised
- Candidates must be comfortable working on their own and able to use own initiative when required
- Personable, presentable and able to deal with Owners/Residents/Estate Agents in a professional manner during property visits
- Good general DIY skills. Comfortable using hand tools, drills, use of ladder etc.
- Comfortable working at heights
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Possess good communication skills
- Clean driving licence with van driving experience essential
- Full training will be provided
