We are seeking an Art-worker / Designer who will act as the vital bridge between initial client concepts and flawless physical installations. Operating from a small family-run office in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, this technical creative role prepares large-scale graphics and manifestation for high-profile commercial office fit-outs across London. The ideal candidate must possess an exceptional eye for detail, scaling design concepts into millimeter-perfect, production-ready files.
Job Summary
- Position: Artworker & Large Format Print Designer
- Location: Southborough, Tunbridge Wells (Entirely office-based)
- Hours: Flexible schedule available, but the role is fully in-office
- Project Scope: London-based tier-1 commercial fit-out contracts

Key Responsibilities
- File Manipulation: Adapt external client designs to fit architectural glazed elevations perfectly.
- Large Format Prep: Scale, tile, and panel artwork for massive wall graphics and media prints.
- Technical Auditing: Check resolution, bleed, crop marks, and color profiles (CMYK/Pantone) before production.
- Survey Interpretation: Translate site surveyor notes and architectural drawings into precise production layouts.
- Print Optimization: Prep cut-paths and layers for manifestation films, vinyl plots, and digital printing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Software Mastery: A full working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential to this job, but training on the job can be given to the right candidate.
- Industry Background: Experience in the print industry would be advantageous as would a design background although the job is predominantly artworking and not designing.
- Architectural Literacy: Ability to read scale drawings, floor plans, and glass elevation schematics - training on the job can be given to the right candidate.
