Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Self Employed Cleaner to provide professional cleaning services to a Serviced Accomodation Business. This role offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality cleaning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hospitality setting. Experience in air bnb , hotel cleaning, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of hospitality serviced apartment houses and flats mainly between 10am and 3pm
- utilise appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Maintain organisational standards by ensuring all areas are left spotless and well-maintained
- Manage your own schedule efficiently to meet client check ins and maximise service delivery
- Communicate effectively regarding specific cleaning requirements or special requests
- Keep accurate records of completed jobs
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times during cleaning activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in air bnb, hotel housekeeping, or cleaning work is advantageous but not essential as training can be provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Valid identification demonstrating right to work within the UK
- Own transportation or reliable means of reaching locations is preferred but not mandatory depending on assignment locations
