About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to help us test a telephone-based AI Bot developed by babblevoice, designed to help GP surgeries answer every patient call instantly, gather triage information, and reduce pressure on reception teams. This is flexible, ad-hoc work that you can fit around your existing schedule, there are no set hours, so you choose when you work.
You will be calling dedicated phone numbers and speaking with an automated AI bot in both English and at least one additional language. You will work through a series of pre-defined test scenarios (full guidance and training provided) and log your results on a simple online spreadsheet.
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling test phone numbers and interacting with an AI-powered telephone bot
- Conducting calls in English and one or more additional languages
- Following provided test scripts and exploring different conversation scenarios
- Recording outcomes and observations in an online spreadsheet
- Completing approximately 20-40 calls per hour depending on scenario complexity
Languages We're Looking For
We are particularly keen to hear from speakers of:
- Welsh
- Ukrainian
- French

What We're Looking For
- Fluent English speaker with at least one additional language
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Reliable and detail-oriented, accurate note-taking is important
- Comfortable using basic online tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Excel)
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own time
