Your Role:
As a Chef/Cook, you will be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking fresh meals to Jamaica Blue’s high standards
Managing kitchen operations, including food prep, stock control & hygiene
Maintaining high food safety & hygiene standards
Working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Collaborating with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Assistant (preferred)
A passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skillsFull time only.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
