As part of a B2B/Retail Customer Service team, your role will focus on building excellent relationships with our Retail customers, ensuring the end to end process of their orders is completed within timescale. You would be resolving any customer issues via phone and email or through the IT systems in place. Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges/changes to their orders and communicate with other departments to deliver the highest standard of service to retain and organically grow the customer base. Always greeting customers warmly and professionally. Holding regular calls, to reach out to existing customers to verify account information and update them on their orders.

Duties and responsibilities
● Communicating to clients clearly and addressing their concerns including any conflicts that need resolving
● Raising client’s business concerns and needs to the company’s management
● Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company’s management and wider team
● Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products and services. Weekly meetings and call structure
● Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be fulfilled and analysing customer relations
● Attending and instigating regular meetings to gain a design brief or new product listings
● Management of deadlines for client go live etc
● Set up and administration of all products and services on behalf of our clients
● Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services offering, to better upsell and cross sell to our clients
● Meet with all departments to discuss progress of orders to ensure on time completion of all open orders you manage.
● Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods
