Locker Attendant
At Snozone, we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences for every guest. We're looking for a reliable and conscientious Locker Attendant to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across our locker areas and associated toilet blocks and wet areas.
This is an important role that helps ensure our guests and team members enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment every day.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Locker Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining our locker areas and associated wet areas in line with agreed schedules and close-down procedures.
Your duties will include:
· Maintaining locker areas to a high standard, including the regular upkeep of lockers, cubicles, benches, floors, doors, handles, and surrounding surfaces.
· Opening all lockers at the end of each day during close-down procedures and removing any items left inside in line with agreed lost property and operational procedures.
· Removing litter, waste, and debris from locker and wet areas during each scheduled maintenance visit to ensure they remain safe, hygienic, and presentable.
· Maintaining wet areas, including toilets, sinks, taps, mirrors, dispensers, floors, walls, door handles, and other agreed touchpoints to a high standard of hygiene.
· Using materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment safely and appropriately.
· Displaying wet floor or warning signs where required during maintenance activities and until surfaces are safe for use.
· Reporting any faults, damage, leaks, blockages, missing supplies, or health and safety concerns to the manager on duty promptly.
· Completing all required maintenance checklists or records after each scheduled tasks
· Following all Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments, Standard Operating Procedures, the Snozone People Guide and Snozone Brand Standards.
· Attending required training sessions and team meetings.
Please note that applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Snozone is a open for at least 12 hours a day, across 7 days of the week so you will need to be flexible in your working schedule which will include weekends and early evenings.
