We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Runner / Glass Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the building, cleanliness of the venue and back of house areas. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to effectively resolve any issues that may arise as well as being able to use your initiative to complete tasks and keep ATIK in a safe and happy environment
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of glasses, floors, surfaces
- Maintain the upkeep of the building
- Help to manage general upkeep of the building
- Supporting the Bar in serving customers and providing a great experience
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests.
- Experience in hospitality roles such as bartending, or working in hotels and restaurants is advantageous but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to assist guests and co-workers in resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A helpful attitude towards guests, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining company policies.
