Hotel Savoy is seeking a strong and experienced Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. This is an opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food across restaurant, events and banqueting. The ideal candidate can work independently, maintain exceptional standards and contribute positively to a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Chef d Partie, in a Hotel or quality restaurant environment
- Ability to confidently cater for 100-150 covers.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety & allergen management
- Italian Cuisine experience is a plus
