We're looking for a motivated and reliable Fire & Flood Restoration Technician to help restore homes and businesses following fire, flood, and water damage incidents. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work and helping people during challenging times, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and moisture monitoring.
- Initial visits being completing competent reports for insurance companies.
- Perform fire and smoke damage cleaning and restoration.
- Remove damaged materials and prepare properties for restoration/reinstatement works.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Complete job documentation and communicate professionally with customers colleagues and loss adjusters.
- Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good practical skills and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Previous restoration experience is preferred
- Non-licensed asbestos removal experience and current training/certification are highly desirable.

Working hours - Monday-Friday
Salary dependent on experience - £29,000-£33,000.
