Summary
We are seeking a part-time Viewing Assistant to join our dedicated team at Acres Estate Agents in Great Barr. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding customer service, while supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth and professional service.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with vendors and buyers giving proactive feedback.
- Coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
- Efficient diary management to anticipate travel and appointment times.
- Provide secure and safe caretaking of keys following compliance at all times.
- Support the team with any additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and administrative experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Must have your own car and valid driving licence.
Working Hours
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 9am - 5.30pm
