Jeremy McGinn & Co have an exciting opportunity available to join our fantastic team as a full-time Sales Negotiator, working at our Stratford upon Avon branch.
The successful candidate will have a passion for property; being responsible for leading property viewings, conducting sales negotiations, securing property sales by liaising between buyers and sellers, managing a portfolio of clients, offering advice and insight into local and national market trends, maintain accurate client records and keeping up-to-date with the latest listings.
The ideal candidate would have prior experience in estate agency sales, with a track record of successful negotiations, a strong understanding of the local area and property market, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Whilst prior experience within a Sales Negotiator role is certainly preferable, someone with extensive sales experience would be considered.

A full, clean driving license will be required for this role.
This role is will be 5 days per week from Monday-Saturday, with a day off during the week when working a Saturday.
