Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Assist with drinks preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards
- Serve drinks at the bar or table, including barista-style coffee, with attention to detail and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations
- Support food safety protocols by adhering to hygiene standards and proper handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods and special events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, catering or similar roles is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and customer service best practices
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Basic food preparation skills and understanding of health standards
