Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and assistance to clients, supporting their daily activities and promoting independence.
- Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with medication administration and manage care plans.
- Support clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Document observations accurately and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic support.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance well-being.
- Qualifications
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- At least 2 years’ experience in home or residential care.
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).

Pay: £24,420.00-£31,690.25 per year
