Highly experienced working with families facing homelessness and/or people struggling with mental-health, substance misuse, a history of offending and other complex needs
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Supported Housing Manager to lead a team delivering supported housing services for people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage
- Provide hands-on leadership, supervising staff while managing a small complex caseload
- Deliver and embed trauma-informed, strengths-based support to achieve positive resident outcomes
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and support planning, working with multi-agency partners
- Ensure effective tenancy, rent, and housing management, supporting residents toward independence
- Drive high performance, compliance, and continuous service improvement within a growing service
What you’ll receive:
