Your Role as a Warehouse Operative
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You’ll be responsible for handling stock, fulfilling orders, and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Organising and maintaining stock levels within the warehouse.
- Ensuring the warehouse remains a clean, safe, and organised environment.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Supporting sustainability initiatives by ensuring efficient use of resources and waste reduction.
- Counterbalance or Reach truck experience would be an advantage but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
This role is a -3 shift position,on the following rotation;
Week 1 – Days (Monday to Friday 6am-2pm)
Week 2 – Afternoons (Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm)
Week 3 – Nights (Monday to Friday 10pm-6am)

- Expertise: You hold a forklift, counterbalance or reach truck licence or certificate with previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
