About the Role
We are a growing, ambitious property business based in Slough, seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Coordinator to support our General Manager.
This is a fast-paced, 360-degree property role. You will be responsible for driving deals forward, ensuring strict legislative compliance, and managing the end-to-end customer journey for both tenants/landlords and buyers/vendors. Prior experience within a residential lettings or estate agency environment is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Progression & Viewings: Conduct professional property viewings, effectively qualify applicants, negotiate offers, and progress both lets and sales to completion.
- Compliance & Administration: Manage the tenant onboarding process, including rigorous referencing, Right to Rent checks, and the preparation of complex ASTs and Sales Memorandums.
- Property Legislation: Ensure all properties adhere to strict regulatory standards (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs, and Deposit Protection schemes).
- Market Lead Generation: Actively identify opportunities to secure new landlord valuations, market instructions, and cross-sell company services.
- Marketing Management: Optimise and upload property listings onto Rightmove, Zoopla, and internal CRM systems to maximise lead generation.
About You (Requirements)
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience working within a UK Residential Lettings or Estate Agency environment is essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of current UK lettings legislation, compliance requirements, and the local Slough property market.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with property CRM software (e.g., Jupix, Street, Alto, Reapit) and major property portals.
- Logistics: A full UK driving licence for viewings is mandatory.
