ABOUT THE ROLE
· Caring for a wide variety of aquatic livestock, including feeding, cleaning, and tank presentation.
· Greeting and serving customers with a friendly, professional approach.
· Supporting hobbyists and families with all levels of fishkeeping experience.
· Maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and presentation.
· Putting out stock neatly, ensuring correct pricing, and keeping displays tidy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· An interest in fishkeeping (experience preferred but not essential).
· A polite, helpful, and confident approach to customer service.
· Willingness to learn about fish and aquatic products.
· Ability to maintain high standards of livestock care and store presentation.
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proud of your work.
· Hard-working, reliable, and eager to contribute to daily tasks.
