About the Role
Are you a people person who enjoys making a real difference? Calderdale Council’s Customer First team is looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member to support residents across our services.
In this role, you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, guiding and solving problems.
- Handle a variety of enquiries, from everyday questions to complex challenges, with full training provided.
- Grow your skills with opportunities to handle phone, live chat, email, and social media interactions.
