Taskmaster Resources Ltd are pleased to be recruiting a skilled TIG Welder for our client based in Sheffield. Our client designs and manufactures high-performance stainless steel systems.
This is a temporary-to-permanent role, and the pay rate per hour is £18.98 per hour.
Immediate start is available.
The role will involve:
- Welding stainless steel component parts together to produce assemblies to form products using TIG welding
- Fabricating simple and complex-shaped products using various techniques
- Ensure all products manufactured meet the necessary requirements/standards
- Operating other tools
- Ensure the equipment is well-maintained and safe
Desired skills:
- Previous experience with TIG welding
- Experience in fabricating simple and complex shapes
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Previous experience of welding filters, vessels or thin gauge steel would be advantageous
Working hours:
- Rotational weekly days and afters:
- Days: Monday to Thursday : 06:00 – 14:00 Friday : 06:00 - 11:00
- Afters: Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00 Friday : 11:00 - 16:00 plus overtime available at premium rate
