Equans is looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Media City UK, Salford on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
MediaCityUK is a 200-acre mixed-use property development on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford, Greater Manchester, England.
The UK’s leading hub for media, creativity and innovation (its heart is in Salford but its ambition is global!)
This role requires basic DBS clearance
What will you deliver?
- Act as the primary interface between Equans, Landsec’s Aspire governance bodies and occupiers.
- Own the end‑to‑end management of services and activities funded by the Aspire membership levy, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed governance, priorities and KPIs.
- Coordinate inputs to governance forums (e.g. programme/steering groups, review meetings), ensuring transparent performance, financial and risk reporting.
- Champion the HALO / social value / community impact elements of the programme, ensuring tangible outcomes for stakeholders as described in the governance approach.
- Manage the budget activity, including forecasting, tracking spend, and evidencing value.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders (client teams, tenants/occupiers, partners, community organisations) to deliver shared outcomes.
