Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, and curate compelling content tailored for social media channels, including images, videos, blogs, and infographics.
- Manage daily social media activities such as scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to optimise reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that align with organisational objectives and brand voice.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms while staying updated with current trends in social media management.
- Foster positive public relations by engaging with online communities, responding to comments, and managing reputation.
- Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns that enhance brand awareness within target markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices for online engagement.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable but not essential.
- Organisation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
