Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks to support smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and kitchen stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of all food and drinks
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly and courteously
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation skills
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and prep processes
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously
