As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of scaffold operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise scaffold erection, alteration and dismantling works.
* Manage scaffold gangs and subcontract labour on site.
* Ensure all works are completed in accordance with SG4:22, TG20:21, NASC guidance and current legislation.
* Liaise with Contracts Managers, Site Managers and clients.
* Plan daily workloads and coordinate labour and materials.
* Carry out quality and safety inspections throughout the project.
* Ensure scaffold handovers and inspections are completed correctly.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety.
* Identify and resolve site issues quickly and professionally.
* Represent Oak Scaffolding Ltd in a professional manner at all times.
Essential Requirements
* CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card.
* CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor qualification (preferred).
* SSSTS or SMSTS.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Excellent knowledge of TG20:21, SG4:22 and scaffold design requirements.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Desirable Qualifications
* CISRS Scaffold Inspection.
* First Aid at Work.
* Temporary Works awareness.
* Experience supervising large commercial scaffolding projects.
