Practice Coordinator – Starjumpz Children’s Centre (Crowborough)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About Us:
Starjumpz is a rapidly growing, innovative, CQC registered children’s centre supporting children and young people with a range of needs. We have centres in Crowborough and Brighton. Our Crowborough site is modern, purpose-built, and set in a beautiful location with onsite parking.
The Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Practice Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Crowborough centre Monday to Friday. You will assist the Practice Manager, CEO, and clinical staff, helping to provide excellent service to families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client enquiries by phone and email
- Book appointments and manage the online diary
- Maintain accurate electronic records
- Support clinical staff with admin, letters, emails, stock, and general queries
- Liaise with schools, healthcare professionals, and families
- Assist with invoicing, events, and presentations
- Help maintain CQC compliance and a professional, welcoming environment
Person Specification:
- Caring, empathetic, and approachable
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook; Teams advantageous)
- Reliable, flexible, and able to multi-task in a busy environment
- Self-directive and a good problem solver
Experience & Qualifications:
- Customer-focused administrative experience
- Managing electronic and paper filing systems
- Producing reports, forms, or marketing material
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Knowledge of neurodevelopmental conditions desirable
- Experience of working within a healthcare or children's service desirable
