As a Support Worker, you will provide support to service users to ensure their safety, health and wellbeing. Duties will include support with day-to-day aspects such as shopping, meals, personal care, and attending appointments, as well as with leisure, social and physical activities, hobbies and personal interests with an emphasis on helping develop skills, confidence and relationships.
Ability to lone-work with minimum supervision, able to problem solve / think on feet, resourceful with creative ideas for support, good interpersonal skills, effective advocates for people with support needs.
