We have a very small team of five in our contact centre, so it is important that we get the right person to fit in with the team, could that be you?
This position is Full Time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm per week, plus overtime on alternate Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm.
Who we are looking for
You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to our customers for Service and MOT appointments.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, in order to deal with customers over the telephone and via email.
The main duties of the role
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Contacting our customers to book appointments
Requirements
- Experience in making/handling high call volumes
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- Able to work independently and also part of a team
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Ability to use multiple systems at once
Previous experience working within a Contact Centre environment, Main Dealer or Motor Trade is preferred but not essential.
