What you'll need:
- To be a strong team player, ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Significant indirect Purchasing experience.
- Demonstrable experience of leading a high performing purchasing team, ideally within a complex business environment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- MCIPS qualified (desirable).
