Agricultural & HGV Mechanic
Salary: From £18.00 per hour – negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Are you an experienced Agricultural Mechanic looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?
You’ll mainly be based in our workshop, working on a range of agricultural machinery and lorries, while also attending occasional mobile call-outs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to be part of a friendly team where their skills and experience are genuinely valued.
The Role
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery
- Carrying out mechanical repairs and maintenance on lorries/HGVs
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
- Working in our workshop and attending mobile call-outs when required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Helping keep equipment and the workshop well maintained
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced as an Agricultural Mechanic, HGV/Lorry Mechanic or similar
- Confident diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
- Practical, hardworking and dependable
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to attend mobile call-outs
- Committed to producing high-quality work
Relevant qualifications are desirable, but hands-on experience and the right attitude are equally important.
