The Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Strategy) will deliver world class financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for Haleon and ensure robust and accurate P&L projections for the group to drive performance and long-term value creation . The role is high-exposure with strong leadership opportunities to lead and transform Global Processes through a broad range of stakeholders ranging across the Operating Units (OU), Categories & Exec.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning including G lobal B usiness P artnering
Lead and support the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Integrated Growth Plan (IGP) process es , including the strategic partnering throughout the organisation, target setting, preparation of guidance, modelling and process ownership, influencing & consolidation s, and creation of HET level presentational materials.
Act as a trusted & credible business partner to drive value across our Direct Team, Global and OU functions (incl. P&F leads) for ad-hoc analysis & insights, and be the contact-point for further support
