Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety at all times
- Build strong communication channels with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being
- Manage daily routines including meal times, naps, and hygiene practices with patience and professionalism
- Providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of childcare
- Maintain accurate records of children's development milestones, attendance, and health information
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Demonstrated skills within a childcare environment
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare
- Experience working with diverse groups of children from various backgrounds is advantageous
