Production Assistant – Sublimation, Laser Engraving & Order Fulfilment

About Us
We are a growing retail and e-commerce business specialising in personalised gifts, apparel, accessories, and custom products. As we expand into Amazon UK and Amazon US, we are looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on Production Assistant to support daily production and fulfilment operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate sublimation equipment and heat presses
- Operate laser engraving equipment
- Prepare artwork and production files for printing and engraving
- Produce personalised products including mugs, tumblers, tote bags, apparel, gifts, and accessories
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Package and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe production workspace
- Support new product launches and seasonal collections
Requirements
- Experience with sublimation printing and heat press equipment
- Experience operating laser engraving equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow production procedures and quality standards
Desirable Skills
- Canva or basic graphic design experience
- Experience with Cricut, Silhouette, or similar cutting machines
- Experience working with personalised gifts or print-on-demand products
- Experience with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or e-commerce fulfilment
- Basic photography or social media content creation skills
