We are looking for a practical, reliable Operations Assistant to join our close-knit team. We take pride in the warehouse, work together and have lots of fun along the way! The Role
You will be in the warehouse, reporting to the Operations manager and predominantly will be picking & packing orders. Also, continuously helping us achieve the high standards, that are expected, whilst maintaining a next day service. You will be assembling a wide range of creative kits — putting together carefully prepared packs of materials that are sent out to education establishments across the country.
Day-to-day tasks include:
· Picking orders quickly and accurately
· Packing orders quickly and efficiently
Arranging deliveries via 3rd party carriers
· Checking off incoming orders and putting stock away
· Organising materials and maintaining work areas
· General support to help keep operations running smoothly
· Assembling creative kits with multiple components

· Is PC literate – Outlook, Excel, Word
· Is Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training.
· Is Willing to learn, friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic!
· Is practical, organised and detail-oriented
· Is a team player who can also work independently
· Is able to manage repetitive, hands-on tasks with care and consistency
· Is comfortable with physical tasks - lifting and standing involved

Desirable Requirements are
- Experience of working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Fork Lift licence.
- Educational qualifications.
