Duties:
- Collaborate closely with experienced managers to learn and develop skills in overseeing daily operations.
- Assist in supervising staff members in various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Gain hands-on experience in venue preparation, atmosphere techniques, and bartending.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Contribute to the overall success of the bar by actively participating in all aspects of operations.
Experience:
- At least one year as a supervisor; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- A passion for the fast paced pub environment and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated interest in leadership roles and a desire to excel in a fast-paced setting.
