Please note, actual salary will be based on the number of term time only weeks worked.
For the full 42 weeks, this is approximately £33,046 - £35,235.
We’re looking for a Skills for Work and Life Tutor to plan and deliver high quality, personalised learning experiences for young people with complex additional learning needs and disabilities, which are aligned to their personal goals and aspirations, enabling them to fulfil their potential.
You will deliver a bespoke curriculum offer (mix of accredited and non-accredited provision), which focuses on developing learner autonomy, independence and holistic personal development.
What are we looking for?

Educated to degree level or equivalent substantial experience in a teaching role
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, PCET or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience of working with young people who have complex learning needs and/or disabilities (including behaviours which challenge)
- A minimum of two-years teaching experience within a specialist setting
