About the Role: As a Service/Parts Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in the client journey, acting as the key link between our workshop and clients. You’ll manage expectations, provide timely updates and ensure every client leaves with a positive impression of our brand, our business and service. Whether it’s a routine service or a specialist part inquiry, your goal is to deliver a smooth, efficient and genuinely welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during service and repairs
- Clearly communicate progress and recommendations
- Offer relevant additional products and services
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and aftercare follow-up
- Assist in management and procurement of parts and accessories
What We’re Looking For:
- A Service or Parts Advisor with experience of motorcycles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A client-first mindset and commitment to building long-term relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- An outgoing confident operator
- Full motorcycle licence required
