We are seeking A qualified quantity surveyor specialising in Brickwork (ideally) responsible for cost planning, measurements, procurement and financial management of masonry works include brickwork, blockwork, and relevant materials.
The role involves working closely with project managers, contractors and clients to minimise cost and ensure profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Cost Estimation and budgeting
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost Plan
Analyse drawings, specifications and project documents to calculate quantities
Monitor project budget and identify potential cost risks
Measurements and Take Offs :
Perform accurate quantity take offs for - Brickwork, Blockwork, Mortar, Reinforcement and Sundries / accessories
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - Office working

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
