The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced and established lawyer at Senior Associate/ Partner level to join our existing Corporate team and support our ambitious growth strategy.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with corporate finance transactions and a proven ability to lead transactions. The candidate will have experience acting for owner managed businesses, SMEs or corporate clients in some or all of the followings areas: mergers & acquisitions, private equity/venture capital, re-organisations and joint ventures & shareholder agreements. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ experience working in a Corporate team, an excellent knowledge of both relevant law and market practice and demonstrable experience of business development.
We require a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with and developing more junior team members and who is able to play a key role, alongside existing partners and senior colleagues, to promote the continued growth of the Corporate team.
An ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload and work to strict deadlines are essential, as are having great communication skills and the ability to manage expectations across a wide range of competing needs.
