Sous Chef wanted for small busy restaurant in Hamilton.
Must be able to run the section unsupervised and have up to date food , health and hygiene certificates.
Must be able to support junior team members and have knowledge of Italian and Scottish Cuisine .
2 full days off as we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays .
