Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our team as a facialist. We are located conveniently in Central London, only a 2 minute walk from Oxford Circus station. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through specialised treatments and personalised advice. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including specialist facials
- Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly sterilised and maintained
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and business productivity
- Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client results and generate additional revenue
Qualifications
- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or related field is required
