Operational Support Technician
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Operations Manager / Production Manager
Overview
We are looking for a hardworking, adaptable, and reliable Operational Support Technician to provide support across various departments within the business. This is a varied, hands-on role that will suit an individual who enjoys working in different areas of production and operations while developing a broad range of practical skills.
The successful candidate will assist with manufacturing, assembly, Line-X spraying, welding, and other operational activities as required, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across multiple departments within the business.
- Assist with Line-X spraying operations.
- Support welding and fabrication activities.
- Assist with general manufacturing and production tasks.
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required to support the business.

Essential:

Desirable:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production.
- Experience with Line-X spraying.
- Welding or fabrication experience.
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
Salary
Salary will be dependent on the successful applicant's skills, experience, and qualifications.
