Restaurant Manager – Beckford Canteen, Bath
Target salary £35k including tronc + tips
40 hour week, set Mondays & Tuesdays off
Beckford Canteen is a bright, seasonal restaurant in the heart of Bath, proudly featured in the Michelin Guide for its ingredient-led cooking, welcoming atmosphere and modern, relaxed approach to dining. We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver exceptional service every day.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth, consistent service and a warm guest experience. You’ll manage the FOH team with confidence and positivity, support staff training, handle bookings and floor planning, and work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to maintain high standards throughout the restaurant. We’re looking for someone who is organised, engaging and proactive, with previous experience in a high-quality restaurant and a genuine love for great food and hospitality.
