We are seeking a skilled systems coordinator / IT lead to head our technology operations and drive innovative solutions that support our own organisational goals as well as those of our clients and supply chain. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our relations with outsourced IT company
- Oversee network security protocols and ensure business continuity
- Enact systems engineering activities related to Khaos control ERP, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, remote access software and 3rd party connected software.
- Manage our database and empower departments to extract the relevant information for the task in hand.
- Develop analysis reports to identify areas for business improvement.
- Maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, and system configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards. as well as our own.
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
