Pay
- Door Supervisor: £14.50 per hour +
- Head Door Supervisor: £17.50 per hour +
What You'll Be Doing
Every venue is different, but your role will include:
- Providing a visible, professional security presence.
- Welcoming customers while maintaining a safe environment.
- Managing entry and exit procedures.
- Preventing and resolving conflict using excellent communication skills.
- Responding calmly and professionally to incidents.
- Working closely with venue management, emergency services, and fellow team members.
- Completing clear and accurate incident reports when required.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in attitude just as much as experience.
You'll need:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, reliable, and approachable manner.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
