We're looking for an experienced and motivated Best Start Inclusion Coordinator to lead the delivery of our inclusive practice offer across North Lincolnshire's Family Hubs. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and strengthen support for children aged 0-5 with emerging or additional needs and their families, ensuring they receive the right support, at the right time, from the right services.
As a key member of our Family Help and Family Hubs service, you will coordinate and develop the Best Start inclusion offer, providing leadership, guidance and oversight to a team of Best Start Inclusion Practitioners. You will work across Family Hubs, health, early years, education and SEND services to improve pathways, strengthen partnerships and ensure families can access timely, high-quality support.

About the role
You will:
- Lead and support a team of Best Start Inclusion Practitioners through supervision, coaching and professional development.
- Coordinate the delivery of inclusive practice across Family Hubs and partner organisations.
- Provide advice and guidance where SEND and developmental concerns are the primary presenting need.
- Support triage and decision-making to ensure children and families access the most appropriate support.
- Analyse data, feedback and service intelligence to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with Family Help teams, health professionals, early years settings, schools and community partners.
- Contribute to the development of North Lincolnshire's early years inclusion and SEND offer.
- Lead practice improvement and workforce development activities across the system.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience of working with children and families using a whole-family, early help or Family Help approach.
- Experience of coordinating multi-agency support and reviewing Early Help plans.
- A strong understanding of child development, early identification and inclusion.
- Knowledge of SEND pathways and early years systems.
- Experience of working in partnership with a range of professionals and agencies.
- The ability to provide effective leadership, support and challenge to practitioners.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Education, Health, SEND, Child Development or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
Experience of working with children with SEND, workforce development and service improvement activity would be advantageous.

Additional information
The role is based across Family Hubs and community settings throughout North Lincolnshire and will require regular travel across the area.
