Due to our continued expansion, ULG Group LTD is looking for a Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy office team in St Neots.
Hours
We have 2 openings available;
Monday-Friday 11am-7pm
1 in 3 Saturdays - 8am-4pm.
With 1 hour lunch break each day.
Salary
Starting at National Minimum Wage with opportunities for progression as you grow within the company.

The Role
As a Operations & Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle calls, provide quotes, book jobs, and take payments, while also gaining knowledge about doors, windows, and sales through Oakpark. This role offers variety and the chance to build skills in both administration and customer service, with future development potential.
Main Duties
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide quotes and book locksmith jobs
- Take payments securely over the phone
- Carry out general office/admin tasks
- Assist customers with queries and direct calls as needed
- Learn about windows/doors products to support future enquiries and sales opportunities

- Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
