Wright Staff is currently seeking Van Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in and around the Pershore area. We work with a range of clients across the Wychavon and Worcestershire district offering varied and flexible delivery roles.
The Role:
- Shifts available 1 to 5 days per week
- Start times between 04:00 – 07:00, Monday to Friday
- Roles include single-drop and multi-drop deliveries
- Mix of single-person and two-person team deliveries
- Clients based across Wychavon and Worcestershire, so own transport is essential
Pay & Benefits:
- £12.71 – £14.20 per hour PAYE, depending on client and shift
- Holiday pay accrued up to 28 days per year (pro rata)
- Regular, ongoing work with flexible scheduling
- Supportive team and varied delivery environments
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of commercial van driving experience
- Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR10 endorsements)
- Able to lift and handle goods safely
- Professional, flexible, and reliable attitude
- Comfortable using tablets or handheld devices for delivery management
- Own transport required due to client locations
